The N.C. Wildlife Resources Commission (NCWRC) is seeking public comments on its Peregrine Falcon Conservation Plan through November 12, 2026.
This breeding population is state-listed as endangered, and the conservation plan will guide the agency’s efforts to maintain the peregrine falcon in North Carolina. It presents biological information, factors contributing to nest failure, conservation goals and potential conservation actions for the breeding population of the peregrine falcon.
