Wildlife Commission Adopts Proposed Wildlife Management Regulations for 2023-24 Seasons

The N.C. Wildlife Resources Commission voted at its business meeting today to adopt eight proposed rules related to wildlife management for the 2023-24 seasons. The proposed fisheries, game lands regulations for the 2023-24 seasons will be considered at an upcoming Commission meeting.Highlights of the rules adopted by Commissioners include:Deer Either-Sex Seasons: Increased either-sex seasons on private lands in the following counties in the Western and Northwestern Zones:
